"Costs more than it should"
I tried looking through the plans and they were more expensive than I expected, I just don’t feel like the value is really there. A lot of it feels like paying extra for basic features. For me, it’s just not worth the price.

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket Number"
Customer service was really slow, i didn’t feel like I was getting much actual help. It kind of felt like I was just another ticket number in the system rather than a customer they were trying to take care of.

"Something just feels off with the billing"
My bill has been wrong twice now, and it doesn’t match what I originally agreed to. I’ve already reached out to support, but it still hasn’t been fixed. At this point, my gut feeling is that something isn’t being handled right, and it’s frustrating.

"Works, but not super easy to use"
I really wanted to like Lively, but the site/app feels a little clunky. Some stuff was easy enough to find, but then other basic things took way too many clicks for no real reason. I kept having to go back and forth, which got kinda frustrating after a while. It does work, just not as simple or smooth as I was expecting.

"Activation felt way too risky and frustrating"
I was trying to set up my mom’s phone and the activation process was a mess. The app was telling me one thing, the website showed something different, and support just kept having me try the same steps over and over. Since it was my mom’s phone, I didn’t want to keep poking around and risk messing up her number or account, so it made the whole thing even more stressful. It took way longer than it should have and still didn’t seem right by the end. Definitely not a great first impression.

"Battery life is really disappointing"
I bought this for my dad, the battery has been a letdown. It needs to be charged almost every day, sometimes even before that, which is frustrating. I wanted something reliable in case of an emergency, not something we have to constantly babysit. Anyway, it's just sitting there stressing me out now. Not happy with it.

"I can barely get a signal..."
I can barely get a signal at my house. Calls keep dropping, and trying to load anything on data is painfully slow. The coverage where I live is just really bad. What’s frustrating is I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to do next, there isn’t a clear path to get it fixed or find out if anything can actually be done.

The emergency response was painfully slow. We were just sitting there waiting, and every minute felt like an eternity. By the time help finally showed up, it felt way too late.

"Canceling was easy, but the refund dragged a bit"
I canceled my lively plan and, that part wasn’t too bad. It went through without much hassle. The refund, though... that took longer than I was expecting. Support was polite and handled it fine, just a little slow getting back to me and moving things along.
"Still Waiting on My Order"
I’m still waiting for my order, and the shipping has taken way longer than expected. What’s even more frustrating is the constant aggressive reminders and follow-ups, even though I haven’t received anything yet. Not a great experience so far.
